Would you like to get away from it all and experience pure relaxation? Then forest bathing is just the thing for you!

During forest bathing, you will get to experience the forest in a different way. You will visit the forest in the Brunni area as part of a group led by Reto Frank. Targeted exercises stimulate the mindful and conscious awareness of nature over the course of around two hours. These activities are designed to promote relaxation in the body, mind and soul, and will help you to relax and recharge away from your daily routine. And when you book your stay at Engelberg Youth Hostel, you can enjoy nature and this diverse region for even longer.

Please note   

The meeting point is at 2.30 p.m. at the base station of the Brunni cableways. You will return to the valley station at around 5.10 p.m. The cost of the guided forest bathing event is CHF 54 (incl. return trip on the Engelberg – Ristis aerial cableway) and must be paid to the Brunni cableways.
