"Fällanden Group House was inaugurated 75 years ago. The Youth Hostel was constructed by Emil Roth. Based on its then revolutionary idea, the building is characterised by sleek simplicity and elegance. It was not easy at that time to convince builders that wooden buildings can be of very high quality. The fantastic lakeshore building has been enchanting guests from home and abroad for decades. Under the operational management of Martin Käser, a large number of visitors have become regular customers and now enjoy the different facilities in the park and in the Youth Hostel."
